Biography

Dr. Burnett specializes in the development of strategies on matters of sustainability, design and implementation of stakeholder engagement, enhancing the role of trust in governance, and bespoke training and learning for organizational change. She has worked directly with organizations to demonstrate the benefits of embedding sustainability working working with clients, partners and stakeholders in the community to move from risk management to identifying opportunities. She has also developed and delivered training, workshops, and lectures to a variety of audiences including executive education in order to support the bridge between theory and practice. She is now the programme director of MSocSc in Sustainability Leadership and Governance (SLG) (formerly known as Corporate Environmental Governance (CEGP)).
