Pilot Study on Underground Space Development in Selected Strategic Urban Areas
The project aims to harness opportunities of creating a coherent, connected and vibrant underground space for Hong Kong. A holistic engagement strategy is designed to identify community aspirations and needs for underground space development, and to solicit public comments on conceptual schemes with aims to improving pedestrian connectivity, enhancing living environment and creating livable space through a series of community engagement events.
