Biography
梁凱珊小姐2011年畢業於香港大學理學士，主修生態及生物多樣性，後來
於英國完成有關瀕危物種保育的碩士學位。她在2013年加入嘉道理研究所
：龍虎山環境教育中心。期間為全球森林觀測研究項目進行數據收集及環
境教育工作，亦曾參與永續荔枝窩計劃，進行教育及培訓活動。
梁小姐現任高級項目主任，主要負責永續鄉郊計劃中，在地農產加工的社
區經濟模式，建立生產- 加工- 營銷合作鏈。
