姚小姐喜愛大自然，先後取得香港中文大學地理與資源管理社會科學學士
學位及香港大學社會科學哲學碩士學位。加入香港大學後，她參與了多個
有關可持續發展、公眾參與、自然保育和環境教育的研究及顧問項目。她
現於香港大學公民社會與治理研究中心擔任高級項目主任，參與鄉郊活化
計劃和可持續發展教育方面的工作，包括相關的課程、出版、鄉郊初創培
育和歷史文化保育，以及申請國際認可等。
